Orange Blossom Brioche

This brioche is perfumed with a slight taste of orange blossom. It made from 100% sourdough and has proofed for 48 hours. This long proofing time gives the loaf its unique fluffiness of which our team is very proud. 

Made from Belgian flours, this orange blossom Brioche has a supreme tender crust whilst retaining a delicate springiness that provides a delightful shew . The subtle scent of butter and warm sweetness balances out with the taste of our Gérard sourdough. 

Enjoy it simply as is, toasted to enhance its flavors, or use it for your favorite spreads. Both perfect to elevate breakfast or to add a touch of elegance to an afternoon tea.
