How Does It Work?

How Do I Place An Order ?

Once you create an account, you'll be able to place your first order with Gérard Bakery.

Build your breakfast basket and make sure you reach a 12-euro minimum order.

For each item added, specify whether you want it to be part of your weekly subscription basket or a one-time purchase. You can also opt not to subscribe and receive all products once only.

After placing your order, select the delivery date. With a subscription, your basket will be delivered every week on the same day.

When will I be charged if I subscribe?

You will be charged according to your subscription frequency: weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly. The charge will occur at 4 PM on the day before your delivery date, allowing us to produce the exact amount of baked goods needed—no more, no less.

One-time purchases will be billed to your account at the time of the order.

When Will My Delivery Arrive ?

Your order will arrive just in time for breakfast!

We deliver on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays, with all deliveries made before 9 a.m.

You will receive an SMS as soon as your basket is at your doorstep.

Brussels: Uccle, Schaarbeek, Etterbeek, Auderghem, Evere, Ixelles, Woluwe-Saint-Lambert, Woluwe-Saint-Pierre, Haren, Tervuren.

Leuven: Leuven, Herent, Oud-Heverlee, Wilsele, Bierbeek, Kessel-Lo

What are the delivery charges?

For orders over €50, delivery is free!
For orders between €30 and €50, a delivery fee of €2.50 applies.
For orders under €30, a delivery fee of €4.50 applies.
*Knokke has a fixed delivery fee of €4.50.

Can I Track My Delivery ?

The moment our drivers leave the Gérard Bakery warehouse, you'll receive an email with a tracking link. It will give you a real-time update of our arrival.

How Do I Know Which Bread Will Be Delivered ?

To keep you on your toes, we've decided to surprise you with our bread of the week.

You won't know which bread will be delivered that week, not until you open your Gérard Bakery basket !

Once the bread is delivered, you'll receive a QR code to help you understand what type of bread you received, where it came from, and more.

Are All Your Products Fresh ?

Gérard's products are baked just before delivery. That way, your bread will always be better than fresh !

How Long Does Gerard's Bread Stay Fresh ?

Because we use sourdough for all our bread products, your bread will last 4 to 5 days.

You can always decide to freeze your bread and defrost it whenever you want to enjoy it !
