The Famous Cougnou or Mikkeman
Also known as the 'Mikkeman'. It is a very local product of Limburg in fact.
It used to be made of leftover doughs in the bakkery. They filled the dough with raisins and sugar whilst adding a little cinnamons to the mixture. It was a special tradition for St. Nicholas.
