What's in St. Nicholas Bag?
The Famous Cougnou or Mikkeman
Also known as the 'Mikkeman'. It is a very local product of Limburg in fact.
It used to be made of leftover doughs in the bakkery. They filled the dough with raisins and sugar whilst adding a little cinnamons to the mixture. It was a special tradition for St. Nicholas.
Wonderful Dandoy sweetness
We are proud to work together with Maison Dandoy. A local cooky producer in Brussels.
They make delicious speculoos and so much more. These definitely shouldn't be missing from your St. Nicholas' basket!
