13 Grains and Seeds Bread


The 13 Grains and Seeds Bread is an exceptionally complete loaf, crafted from a blend of 7 cereals and 6 seeds. Rich in fiber and vitamin B, it offers a nourishing and satisfying experience

We use 7 different types of flour in this bread, all from organic farming (ancient wheats, spelt flour, khorasan, einkorn, green rye). Its distinctive taste is notably due to the use of ancient wheat varieties such as Khorasan flour, einkorn flour, as well as red wheat flour, an old wheat variety found in our countryside.

Our head baker uses a specific blend of seeds during kneading, which results in this unique taste.

This bread is made with sourdough, from a long fermentation process which allows it to fully develop all its flavors.

Our bread with 7 cereals and 6 seeds is characterized by a rich mixture of cereals (pumpkin, oats, brown flaxseed, poppy, sesame, sunflower), giving it quite rich nutritional properties. Characteristic of ancient wheat, this bread has a firm crust and a moderately airy crumb.
