Ardennais

Description

The "Ardennais" is a bread made entirely from ancient Belgian wheat varieties. Its pronounced and slightly tangy taste is due to the addition of rye flour, a characteristic of the Ardennais bread.

We take pride in ensuring that we deliver an exceptional product from the field to your table. That's why all the wheat is carefully selected from our farmers and then milled in the mills located just in front of our workshops to create delicious flour! This allows us to guarantee perfect quality control throughout the production process: "From the field to our bakery in no time!"

To achieve a beautiful airy, soft, and moist crumb, we knead our bread slowly, giving them extended fermentation times.

The secret recipe for this incredibly delicious bread? High-quality flours, time, and a skilled master baker!
