After numerous trials and reflections, our chef Sébastien has succeeded in creating this iconic yet seemingly ordinary product.

The thin layer of chocolate pastry on top not only adds visual appeal to this product. It enhances its crispiness and deliciousness while developing a delicate chocolatey note.

Sébastien has selected a very specific chocolate, rich in flavor - without being too sweet - and nicely crunchy. The subtle sweetness of the dough perfectly complements the rich and fruity notes of this 70% chocolate.
