This crunchy pastry consists of a cheese preparation wrapped in a slice of ham, making it easy for you to eat! Our cheese sauce is a blend of three kinds of cheese (Parmesan, Comté, and Gorgonzola) some white wine and citrus zest is added to bring some freshness. 
The inverted puff pastry keeps this viennoiserie crispy.

P.S. A little note from our chef Sébastien: don't hesitate to reheat it for a few minutes in an oven preheated to 180°C to bring back that melt-in-your-mouth center!
